Roman Barakov

Roman Barakov received his master degree in Chemical Technology and Engineering from the Cherkasy State Technological University, Cherkasy, Ukraine. He continued his PhD study at L.V. Pisarzhevsky Institute of Physical Chemistry (the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Kyiv) and obtained his PhD degree in physical chemistry in 2019. Since 2019 Roman is the member of the group of Prof. J. Čejka at Charles University (Dpt. of Physical and Macromolecular Chemistry) and worked under supervisor of CSc. M. Opanasenko. His research is focused on the design of hierarchical T(III)/T(IV)-zeolites, investigation of the structure, acid and catalytic properties of these materials.
Roman Barakov is an author of 13 publications in peer-reviewed journals.
